Where is my order?
When you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email with Correos or the courier's tracking number for you to monitor the status of your order.
You can also check your order status on our web page in Your account.
I have a discount or promotional code, how do I use it to buy online?
Coupons and promotions do not apply to discounted products or to products part of other promotions. You cannot use more than one coupon per order. Each promotional code is subject to its own conditions.
To use a promotional code, you must introduce it before you finalize the purchase in your basket.
How can I pay for my purchases?
To pay for your purchases you can choose between the following paying methods: credit card, Paypal, bank transfer or Bizum.
I have returned an item paid by bank transfer. How will the refund be made?
To process the refund of an order paid by bank transfer, we will contact you to request the necessary bank details.

You can make a purchase from any country, but you must check to which countries we deliver and the prices in the SHIPPING AND DELIVERY section.
