SHIPPING

Shipping costs will be determined at time of purchase according to the final purchase amount and shipping destination.

Orders are shipped by Correos (Spanish postal service) or courier, depending on the shipment method you have chosen.

You can also choose to pick up your order at the store by selecting which of our stores you want us to send your order to. When you order is ready, we will send you a message for you to come and pick it up.

2.2 PICK UP AT HOME

For your convenience, we can activate and manage the collection of your return* for an additional cost of €5. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. In this case, the collections will always be effective at the same address where it is recorded that the first shipment was made. You must indicate this on the return form.

*Option only available in the Peninsula.

2.3 RETURNS IN STORE

If you prefer, you can go to one of our stores in Barcelona and deliver the package indicating the order number and the purchase invoice. Once it arrives at our warehouse, we will review it and make the refund within a maximum of 10 working days.

The product must be in perfect condition, unwashed and with a label, preferably in its original packaging. Once your return is received at our offices, the warehouse staff will proceed to assess that the merchandise meets all the requirements to be eligible for reimbursement.

Our company is not responsible for the improper use of any of our products.

The refund of the amount to be returned will be effective within a maximum period of 10 business days.
