You can change the size of your article. If you prefer to exchange it for a different garment or colour you must request a refund and make a new purchase.
If you wish to change the size of an item:
1. Check that the new size is available on the online store and send us an email with you order number and the changes you wish to make.
2. We will confirm by email whether the exchange is possible, and we will ask you to ship us the items. Shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
3. Once we receive the items, we will send you the new ones using the same shipping method you had selected in your order, free of charge.
You have 30 days to return a product, provided that the item is in perfect condition, unwashed and with original tag and packaging intact.
If you wish to return a garment please send it to our address, specifying your order number.

After we receive and check the returned item, we will refund the money to the credit card originally used for payment or through Paypal. If the payment was made by means of bank transfer, we will require your bank details to make the refund. The shipping fee will not be refunded.

You have 30 days to return or exchange a product. You must present the invoice for your order and the item must be in perfect condition, unwashed and with original tag and packaging intact.
If you want, you can return or exchange your orders in one of our two stores in Barcelona.
If there is a price difference or you wish to return an item, stores cannot provide refunds.
